Shipping

We offer free postage and packaging on all orders.

Orders are usually delivered within 5 - 10 working days of your order being placed.

We take care when packing every order and, wherever possible, aim to use recyclable, reused or lower-impact packaging materials. You might notice that some of our packaging has had a previous life – we think it’s better to reuse good materials than let them go to waste.

Some of our prints are produced and dispatched on our behalf by our trusted printing partner, Spectrum Photographic, so these may arrive separately from other items in your order.

Returns

We really hope you love your Artbox London order. If for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch with us at studio@artboxlondon.org within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to help.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us as soon as you can so that we can put things right. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Christmas Delivery

Our final order date for Christmas delivery will be published here ahead of the festive season. We recommend ordering early, as delivery times may be longer during busy periods.
