Corporate Volunteering

Corporate volunteering with Artbox London offers organisations a practical way to engage with inclusive cultural practice while contributing skills, time, and expertise that support our work.

These opportunities are designed to create shared value - offering teams meaningful, hands-on engagement while supporting artist-led programmes and long-term access to the arts.

How corporate volunteers support Artbox

Our current priorities for corporate volunteering focus on areas where professional skills can make the greatest difference:

  • Exhibitions and events
Supporting the installation, de-installation, and preparation of exhibitions and events.

  • Marketing and communications
Helping create content - particularly video and audio - that shares artists’ work and increases visibility.

  • Product development and sales
Supporting the development of products and retail opportunities that extend the reach of artists’ work.

  • Cultural trips and visits
Supporting artists on gallery and museum visits, helping ensure these experiences are accessible, safe, and well supported.

We also recognise that organisations bring different strengths. If your team has skills not listed here, we’re very open to exploring how we could work together.

Fees and contributions

We charge a fee per participant for corporate volunteering experiences that involve direct engagement with artists. This reflects the time, planning, facilitation, and safeguarding required to deliver these sessions responsibly.

Fees contribute to:

  • staff and artist time

  • preparation and coordination

  • materials and access support

  • the ongoing development of high-quality opportunities for artists

This approach ensures corporate volunteering is sustainable, respectful of artists’ labour, and aligned with our values.
