Lucy's top tips for surviving Lockdown

Over the last couple of weeks, Lucy has joined some of her friends from the studio on video calls, where they discuss their art, give each other ideas and also tips for surviving lockdown. Today she treated her group to a lovely meditation, which you can listen to in the video:

Lucy reminded her group that we still have the most important things in life, such as our friends and family, food and drink and everything we need to survive this period. It was a great moment to appreciate what we do have.

She also thinks it is important to stop thinking and worrying about Coronavirus and recommended thinking about places you might like to be, like the beach, a park, or somewhere with your friends. This can give your mind a bit of a rest.

Her other big tips were to eat healthily, exercise, relax and to get creative.

During lockdown, Lucy has also got through to the semi finals of the MyAFK talent contest, after she showed them all of her art that she’s created during lockdown.
