‘I come to Artbox because it inspired [me]. Identity: I am a real adult. I believe in freedom [and] art. I like romantic nature, [and] India; because I was born there.’

The tiles are made from paper. When using the glue stick to illustrate the patterns Shruti told herself: ‘keep the flow and keep the focus’. 

‘All the patterns are from India where I was born, my home town. I used colour pens, colourful makes me happy, colouring books inspired me. I feel more comfortable doing art [than in] the rest of my life.’
