There’s lots of things that are too private to reveal

I identify as a painter, as an artist.

I identify with north London

I identify with Crouch End and Muswell Hill

I identify with islands - I want to see them, but i can’t afford to go there. Painting them takes me into a world of fantasy. 

I identity with flowers. They have good colours and are interesting to paint. They are exotic. 

I identify with the music of Freddie Mercury. He was proud and free to be himself. 

I identify with the music of Beethoven.
