Hanife Kiatip is a Turkish Cypriot artist living with extreme athetoid cerebral palsy. Hanife is a permanent wheelchair user and is non verbal, despite her condition Hanni loves life and not only understands everything going on around her, but loves to express herself through her art via movement, mark making and colour. Hanni's sensitivity, happiness and frustration are expressed through her art. Hanni mostly paints in acrylic with her hands on canvas.
