I love the ways the art can take when you experiment and use different kinds of materials. I also think it’s important to feel represented as a disabled artist. I hope this will change the perception of disability.

Chris’s work is experimental and diverse, ranging from photography to graphic design to painting. In his photography he loves to highlight angles and spatial differences, light and shadow, and architectural forms. His paintings are abstract, showing all sorts of forms from humanoid to mechanical to architectural, using bold brush strokes and a cohesive palette to achieve his signature style.

Chris works for a design agency in Clerkenwell and is vocal in his support for people with learning disabilities and autism, encouraging others to challenge themselves. In the past he has given talks, most notably at the Royal Academy, where he talks about the relationship between art and disability.
